Overview and Governance

Distributions from the Trust are made exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes. Mrs. Greathouse asked the Trustee to give preference to requests from charitable organizations in Midland County, Texas, that she has contributed funds, and specifically those organizations that work with children and persons who must overcome physical and mental challenges. This expressed desire of Mrs. Greathouse does not limit the ability of the Trustee to exercise its discretion in making distributions from the Trust to qualifying organizations.
